Alice Marie Williams (Sink)

Died: July 25, 2010

Alice Marie Sink, 60 of Teague Lane went home to be with her lord Sunday, July 25, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center. Alice was born in Washington County, Virginia a daughter of Robert L. Williams and Pauline Winnie Stanley Williams. She was employed with Golding Farms Foods and was a member of Amity Baptist Church. She was survived by her mother, Pauline S. Williams of Kernersville; two sons, Derek Sink and Jonathan Sink both of Kernersville; two brothers, Paul Williams of Kernersville and Tommy Williams of Summerfield. Funeral services for Alice will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 29, 2010 at J.C. Green & Sons Chapel with the Rev. Ron Haines and Rev. Frank Hoover officiating. Burial will follow in Eastlawn Gardens of Memory in Kernersville. The family will receive friends at the J.C. Green & Sons Funeral Home 10301 North NC Hwy. 109, Winston Salem “Wallburg Community” Thursday, July 29, 2010 from 1 p.m. until the hour of the service. I am sorry to hear about Alice's passing. We rode the same bus and I think of her every time I pass the house she lived in. I would have loved to see her again. Alice was such a sweet person and I know that her friends and family will miss her terribly. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Janice

I just learned of Alice's death....it's hard to believe.  She lived near me growing up and we were friends at East.  She was a very sweet, dear person and she will be missed.  Her family will be in my prayers.
