I was one of the shy withdrawn kids. Never popular. Thats why I don't expect many will even remember me. I was in the PEP Club, Future Homemakers of America (boy has that one gone out the window), swinging Eaglette my senior year. Never dated much, too shy. I came out of my shell when I graduated and expanded my friends. One of the things I really remember about high school is Steak Plates on Wednesday with french fries. Dancing at the ball games with the Eaglettes. I'll never forget the time we danced at the Reynolds game at Bowman Gray and half of us turned the wrong way on the 50 yard line, we really look well choreographed with that feasco.....I still enjoy dancing....I just don't wear that little short skirt and carry pom poms. I have a flower from the courtyard

Well since high school. I have stayed in the Winston-Salem area. I went to Forsyth Tech for two years got an AAS in Exec. Sec. Science. Worked for 6 years. Got married in 1977 a guy from North Forsyth. Moved to the Pfafftown area lived there until 1986. We moved back to Belews Creek into a new home. Went back to school in 1994 got a BS in Business. Married for 25 great years until my husband Wade went midlife crisis on me. Divorced now. Have worked for myself and in corporate world for 35 years. Have rental property, work with an online travel business now. Want to travel before I am "Over the Hill" and in good health. I have two beautiful boys who are now in their 40s...the youngest is married grandson is now 17....he is so beautiful....its alot more fun being a grandparent.....

I have recently worked with the Census....which I enjoyed very much. The only job I have ever had that allowed me to work and use the experience I have in real estate and get good money for it. It was a very pleasant job and I enjoyed meeting lots of different people. I hope to work with them again. I also worked the 2020 Census, but after the Pandemic, people are not as pleasant as with the 2010 Census.

I still work, have rentals and an ebay store. I design and make bead embroidery bracelets which some are very nice.....if you take the time to look at them and appreciate the work that goes into them. They are all hand made and one of a kind designs. I use gemstones, pearls, leathers, rhinestones, glass beads, natural stones, silver, etc. You can find a few on https://www.ebay.com/str/dopurcell2012 or you can contact me to see others I have finished or in the works. I have always been ambitious and still am. Have never been rich have always worked for what I want for myself and my family.

My grandson is now driving, playing football, basketball. He is going to be a lady killer...... My boys are well, but we all have ups and downs to contend with.

That's about it for my exciting life......Would love to go on a cruise or nice vacations sometime.
